摘 要:为了有效处理渗滤液,某城市生活垃圾焚烧电厂采用了“预沉调节+水解酸化+高效厌氧+A/O-MBR+纳滤+反渗透”的组合工艺,同时针对类似系统运行过程中常见的生物泡沫、膜污染、浓水等问题进行了分析。结果表明:该工艺可有效处理电厂产生的渗滤液,COD_(Cr)、BOD_(5)、NH_(3)-N、SS去除率分别达到99.92%、99.97%、99.95%、100%,出水水质可达到《城市污水再生利用-工业用水水质》(GB/T19923-2005)敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水水质要求。系统运行稳定,且运行成本低,不产生二次污染。In order to effectively treat leachate,the combined process of"Pre-settling regulating tank+hydrolytic acidification+high efficiency anaerobic+A/O-MBR+Nanofiltration+Reverse Osmosis"was adopted to treat the leachate from a municipal domestic waste power plant.At the same time,the common problems of biological foam,membrane pollution and membrane concentrate during the operation of similar systems were analyzed and expounded.The actual operation results showed that the process can treat the leachate produced by the power plant effectively.The removal rates of COD_(Cr),BOD_(5),NH_(3)-N and SS could reach 99.92%,99.97%,99.95%and 100%respectively.The water quality of the effluent could meet the requirements of the supplementary water quality of open circulating cooling water system in Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses(GB/T19923-2005).The actual running data showed that the system run steadily with low treatment cost and no secondary pollution.
