摘 要:构建具有通用性的一个生态环境质量评价指标体系,用以评估区域生态环境质量水平,可为区域生态环境的有效管理与治理提供参考依据和决策支撑。在DPSIR模型框架下,基于2010-2020年福建省统计数据,分别从驱动力、压力、状态、影响和响应5个维度筛选26个评价指标,构建了城市生态环境质量评价指标体系,采用熵值法确定了福建省城市生态环境质量发展水平。结果表明:(1)福建省城市生态环境质量基本上呈逐年上升趋势,表征等级由较差、一般转变为较好、好。(2)各个子系统对生态环境质量的评价值存在不均衡现象,驱动力、压力与响应子系统的评价值较大,而状态与影响的评价值较小。提出了进一步提升城市生态环境质量,提高环境治理效率,优化生态环境空间等决策建议。Constructing a generic ecological environment quality evaluation index system to assess the regional ecological environment quality level can provide a reference and decision-making support for the effective management and governance of the regional ecological environment.Under the framework of DPSIR model and based on the statistical data of Fujian Province from 2010 to 2020,this paper screens 26 evaluation indicators from five dimensions,namely,driving force,pressure,state,impact and response,respectively,to construct the evaluation index system of urban ecological environment quality,and adopts entropy value method to determine the development level of urban ecological environment quality in Fujian Province.The results show that:①The quality of urban ecological environment in Fujian Province basically shows an upward trend year by year,and the characterization grade changes from poor and average to better and good.②There is an imbalance in the evaluation value of each sub-system on ecological environment quality,with the driver,pressure and response sub-systems having a larger evaluation value,and the state and impact having a smaller evaluation value.Decision-making suggestions are made to further improve the quality of the urban ecological environment,improve the efficiency of environmental management and optimize the ecological environment space.
