摘 要:我国大都市人才吸引政策逐步优化,人口数量飞速增长,大型商场、医院和高层住宅小区人口密度越来越大,对地下室空间要求越来越高,因此,岩土工程勘察在多层地下室建筑建设过程中有着举足轻重的作用。以华中地区某多层地下室建筑工程为例,本着“安全第一,经济为辅”的原则,利用测绘测设、地质钻探、原位试验和室内试验等多种岩土工程勘察技术结合的手段,对多层地下室开挖基坑进行了稳定性分析,并提出了合理化建议:在基坑开挖过程中,基坑坑壁采用排桩支护的方式。同时,综合安全稳定性、经济适用性和施工难易程度等多方面因素,对地基基础处理方案进行了分析,并提出桩基工程采用人工挖孔桩的建议,对建筑物建设的安全稳定性有着重要作用。In our country,the talent attraction policy of metropolis is gradually optimized.The population is growing rapidly.The population density of large shopping malls,hospitals and high-rise residential areas is increasing,and the requirements for basement space are getting higher and higher.Therefore,geotechnical investigation plays a pivotal role in the construction process of multi-storey basement buildings.Taking a multi-storey basement construction project in Central China as an example,in line with the principle of"safety first,economy as a supplement",this paper analyzes the stability of multi-storey basement excavation foundation pit by means of surveying and mapping,geological drilling,in-situ test and laboratory test.It is suggested that pile row support should be adopted in the excavation of foundation pit.At the same time,By considering comprehensive safety and stability,economic applicability and construction difficulty and other factors,the foundation treatment scheme is analyzed,and the suggestion of using manual digging pile is given,which plays an important role in the safety and stability of building construction.
