摘  要:侧柏叶(Platycladi Cacumen)为中药材,其精油对多种腐败菌和致病菌均具有抗菌活性,有望作为天然抗菌剂应用于食品工业和医药领域。为寻找侧柏叶精油最佳提取工艺,为今后的开发利用提供科学依据,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取侧柏叶精油,并结合单因素试验和响应面法优化提取工艺。结果表明:各参数对于侧柏叶精油提取率的影响比较为:蒸馏时间>NaCl浓度>液料比。在考虑经济可行性条件下,最佳提取条件为NaCl浓度2.3%、料液比1:8.0 g/mL、蒸馏时间2.0 h,实际提取率为1.22%。Platycladi Cacumen is a traditional Chinese medicine,and its essential oil has antibacterial activity against a variety of spoilage bacteria and pathogenic bacteria,which is expected to be used as a natural antibacterial agent in the food industry and the field of medicine.In order to find the best extraction process of Platycladi Cacumen essential oil,and provide a scientific basis for future development and utilization,the essential oil of Platycladi Cacumen was extracted by steam distillation,and the extraction process was optimized by single factor experiment and response surface methodology.The results showed that the influence of each parameter on the extraction rate of Platycladi Cacumen essential oil was distillation time>NaCl concentration>material-liquid ratio.Considering the economic feasibility,the optimal extraction conditions were NaCl concentration of 2.3%,material-liquid ratio of 1:8.0 g/mL,distillation time of 2.0 h,and the actual extraction rate was 1.22%.
