社会网络分析在拐卖妇女儿童犯罪研究中的应用——以两起典型案件为例

摘　　要：运用社会网络分析方法构建典型拐卖妇女儿童犯罪组织网络,并从微观节点、中观凝聚子群、宏观网络整体方面分析犯罪组织结构。研究发现,组织中存在拐卖人、被害人、收买人核心程度递减的“核心-边缘”结构,网络密度较低但成员间信息传递的连通度高,存在对组织中信息交流和目标实现有显著影响的核心成员,整体呈现“星型结构”的特征。The social network analysis method is used to construct a typical criminal organization network of abducting and trafficking women and children,and the criminal organization structure is analyzed from the aspects of micro nodes,meso cohesive subgroups and macro network as a whole.It is found that there is a“core-periphery”structure in the organization with a decreasing core degree of traffickers,victims and buyers.The network density is low but the connectivity of information transmission between members is high.There are core members who have a significant impact on the realization of information exchange and goals in the organization,and the overall characteristics of the“star structure”.
