家庭护理干预在身材矮小症患儿中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析家庭护理干预在身材矮小症患儿中的价值。方法该研究共纳入86例研究对象,均是2021年4月至2023年4月到医院诊治的身材矮小症患儿,利用随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组(常规护理,共43例)与试验组(家庭护理干预,共43例)。对比两组的生长发育情况、心理状态、自我认同感、自我意识、生存质量、儿童行为、治疗依从性及家属对护理的满意度。结果干预后试验组较于对照组,其身高、体重及骨龄水平均更高(均P<0.05);在SCARED评分与DSRSC评分上,试验组均低于对照组(均P<0.05);在SIS评分、PHCSS评分及PedsQL评分上,试验组均高于对照组(均P<0.05);在社会能力评分与行为问题评分上,试验组均优于对照组(均P<0.05);在治疗依从率与家属满意度方面,试验组均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论家庭护理干预有利于改善身材矮小症患儿的生长发育,增强自我认同感和自我意识,纠正异常行为。Objective To analyze the value of family nursing intervention in children with short stature.Methods a total of 86 children with short stature were enrolled in this study,all of them were diagnosed and treated in hospital from April 2021 to April 2023.All of them were divided into two groups by random number table,they were divided into control group(routine nursing,43 cases)and experimental group(home nursing intervention,43 cases).The growth and development,psychological status,self-identity,self-awareness,quality of life,children's behavior,treatment compliance and satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The post-intervention test group had higher levels of height,weight and bone age compared to the control group(all P<0.05);the test group was lower than the control group in SCARED score and DSRSC score(all P<0.05);and the test group was higher than the control group in SIS score,PHCSS score and PedsQL score(all P<0.05);The experimental group was superior to the control group in social ability score and behavioral problem score(both P<0.05),and the experimental group was higher than the control group in treatment adherence rate and family satisfaction(both P<0.05).Conclusions Family nursing intervention is beneficial to improve the growth and development of children with short stature,enhance self-identity and self-awareness,correct abnormal behavior,clinical application can be further promoted.
