舒适护理在腹腔镜手术患者中的护理效果

摘　　要：目的分析对接受腹腔镜手术治疗的患者在护理过程中实施舒适护理的护理效果。方法抽取2022年1月—2023年12月期间在我院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的患者60例,以随机数字表法分组,其中30例患者围手术期接受常规护理为对照组,其余30例患者围手术期接受舒适护理为观察组。对比指标:下床活动时间、住院天数、舒适度、不良反应发生率、对护理的满意度。结果观察组患者下床活动时间以及住院天数均比对照组患者用时短(P<0.05);观察组患者的舒适度以及患者对护理的满意度均高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对接受腹腔镜手术治疗的患者实施舒适护理可显著提升患者的舒适度和对护理的满意度,降低不良反应发生风险,促进患者康复。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of comfort nursing in the nursing process of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery and the influence on patient satisfaction.Methods Sixty patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.Among them,30 patients received routine care during the perioperative period as the control group,while the remaining 30 patients received comfortable care during the perioperative period as the observation group.Comparison indicators:time to get out of bed,days in hospital,comfort,incidence of adverse reactions,satisfaction with nursing.Results The time for patients in the observation group to get out of bed and the number of days spent in the hospital was shorter than that of patients in the control group(P<0.05);the comfort level of patients in the observation group and patient satisfaction with nursing care were higher than that of patients in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions Comfort nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can significantly improve patients'comfort and satisfaction with nursing,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and promote patients'recovery.
