知信行护理与症状联合护理对艾滋病患者的干预效果

摘　　要：目的分析知信行护理与症状联合护理对艾滋病患者负面心理情绪及病情改善程度的影响。方法选取2022年4月至2023年4月期间我院收治的86例艾滋病患者,随机将其分为观察组(43例)和对照组(43例),对照组艾滋病患者采用常规护理,观察组艾滋病患者在常规护理基础上实施知信行护理与症状联合护理。比较两组艾滋病患者护理前后症状评分和负面心理情绪(指标包括:焦虑、抑郁)评分改善情况及对护理的满意度。结果两组艾滋病患者护理前负面情绪评分和疼痛、乏力等症状评分相比无统计学差异(均P>0.05),护理后两组艾滋病患者以上指标均显著改善(均P<0.05),且观察组艾滋病患者焦虑、抑郁负面情绪评分和疼痛、乏力等症状评分水平改善情况均优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组对护理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论知信行护理与症状联合护理能有效改善艾滋病患者负面心理情绪及病情程度,提高患者对护理干预的满意度。Objective To analyze the effects of combination nursing and symptomatic nursing on the negative psychological emotions and the improvement degree of AIDS patients.Methods A total of 86 AIDS patients admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases).AIDS patients in the control group received routine nursing,and AIDS patients in the observation group received with knowledge,practice and symptoms based on routine nursing.Symptom scores and negative psychological and emotional scores(including anxiety and depression)of AIDS patients before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in negative psychological scores and symptom scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the above indexes were significantly improved between the two groups(P<0.05).Moreover,the improvement of negative psychological scores and symptom scores of AIDS patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of knowledge,faith and action nursing and symptom nursing can effectively improve the negative psychological emotion and disease degree of AIDS patients,and improve patients'satisfaction.
