工程计量对石油检维修项目工程造价的影响分析

摘　　要：降低检维修项目成本是有效控制工程造价的重要手段,通过简要介绍石油检维修项目的种类和自身的工程特点,以及石油检维修项目的计价现状,明确了工程计量的依据,结合定额计价实例和数据进一步详细分析了影响石油检维修项目工程量的主要因素,提出规范计价行为、加强技术经济队伍建设和全过程跟踪控制等多项确保工程量签认质量的应对措施。确保工程计量的准确性可以有效控制项目的成本费用,提高投资的综合效益,为进一步提高油田公司经济效益和管理水平发挥重要作用。Reducing the cost of inspection and maintenance projects is an important means of effectively controlling the cost of the project,by briefly describing the types of petroleum inspection and maintenance projects and their own engineering characteristics,as well as elaborating on the current situation of the pricing of petroleum inspection and maintenance projects,and clearly defining the basis for the measurement of the source of its engineering,combined with the quota of pricing examples and data to further analyze the main factors affecting the volume of petroleum inspection and maintenance projects in detail,and put forward to standardize the behavior of the billing and strengthening of the main factors affecting the quantity of work in petroleum inspection and maintenance projects are further analyzed in detail,and it puts forward the measures to regulate the pricing behavior,strengthen the construction of technical and economic team and the whole process of tracking and control to ensure the quality of project quantity.Ensuring the accuracy of project measurement can effectively control the cost of the project,improve the comprehensive benefit of investment,and play an important role in further improving the economic efficiency and management level of oilfield companies.
