吴作君从气血水火辨治多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症经验

摘　　要：吴作君认为多囊卵巢综合征发病与气血水火关系失衡,脏腑功能失调相关,与肾、肝、脾关系密切。治疗上,从肾调水火,育卵促排;从肝脾调气血,养膜助孕。在针对多囊卵巢综合征合并症治疗上,以活化清疏为总则,认为活即理血,化即治水,清即平火,疏即调气,将利湿祛浊、滋阴清热、疏肝行气、益气活血、温阳化痰等治法综合应用于合并症治疗中。并结合临床验案对吴作君治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症的诊疗思路及用药经验进行介绍。Professor Wu Zuojun believes that the development of polycystic ovary syndrome is related to the imbalance in the relationship between qi,blood,water and fire,and the dysfunction of zang-fu viscera,and is closely related to the kidney,liver and spleen.Its treatment involves regulating water and fire by regulating the kidney to nurture eggs and promote ovulation,and regulating qi and blood by regulating the liver and spleen to nourish the membranes and promote pregnancy.In the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome complications,he upholds the general principle of regulating blood flow by activating qi,regulating water by promoting its transformation,calming fire by clearing heat,and regulating qi by dispersing channels,comprehensively applying treatment methods such as promoting diuresis and removing turbidity,nourishing yin and clearing heat,dispersing stagnated liver qi and promoting qi movement,benefi ting qi and promoting blood circulation,warming yang and resolving phlegm.This article introduces Professor Wu Zuojun’s diagnosis,treatment and medication experience in treating infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome based on his clinical experience.
