基于温化痰饮及痰瘀同治理论应用温肺祛瘀方治疗坠积性肺炎

摘　　要：目的基于温化痰饮理论研究验方温肺祛瘀方对长期卧床坠积性肺炎化痰效果的影响。方法选择符合纳入标准的坠积性肺炎患者120例,治疗组63例,对照组57例,治疗组在西医综合治疗基础上联用温肺祛瘀方,对照组在西医综合治疗的基础上联用温肺祛瘀方模拟剂,以MUC5AC、咳痰难易度量表及中医证候评分作为观察指标进行疗效评估。结果2组治疗后MUC5AC、咳痰难易度评分及中医证候评分均呈下降趋势,与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组MUC5AC、咳痰难易度评分及中医证候评分均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均无不良反应发生。结论西医综合治疗联用温肺祛瘀方,可以更好改善坠积性肺炎患者的排痰困难,缓解临床症状,促进患者康复,安全性较好,临床应用价值高。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the formula for warming the lung and dispelling blood stasis in resolving sputum in patients with hypostatic pneumonia based on the theory of warming and dissipating phlegm and fluid retention.Methods A total of 120 patients with hypostatic pneumonia meeting the inclusion criteria were selected,including 63 patients in the treatment group and 57 patients in the control group.The treatment group was given a western medicine comprehensive treatment plus the warming lung and removing blood stasis formula,while the control group was given a western medicine comprehensive treatment plus the warming lung and removing blood stasis formula mock-up,and MUC5AC,coughing sputum ease scale and TCM syndrome scores were used as observation indexes for their efficacy assessment.Results MUC5AC,coughing sputum ease scale scores and TCM syndrome scores showed a downward trend in both groups after treatment,significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with those in the control group,the above indicators were significantly lower in the treatment group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion The combination of the western medicine comprehensive treatment with the formula for warming the lung and removing blood stasis can better improve the difficulty in expectoration in patients with hypostatic pneumonia,relieve their clinical symptoms,promote their rehabilitation,with a good safety and high clinical application value.
