摘　　要：通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为黄连功效主要为清热燥湿,泻火解毒。症靶为腹泻、呕吐、疮疡肿痛。标靶为高血糖、幽门螺杆菌阳性、心动过速。现代药理研究发现黄连及其有效成分具有抗病原微生物、抗炎、止泻、降糖、抑制幽门螺旋杆菌阳性、抑制房颤、降血脂、抗肿瘤等作用。本品毒性低,但是阴虚烦热、胃虚呕恶、脾虚泄泻、五更泄泻患者慎服。临床使用剂量为1~120 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索黄连用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建。Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature,the progress and achievements of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the clinical and pharmaceutical fields of traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that golden thread is mainly characterized by the follows:Its effects are mainly clearing heat and removing dampness,purging fire and detoxifying.Its symptom targets are diarrhea,vomiting,sores and ulcers,swellings and pains.Its biochemical indicator targets are hyperglycemia,positive helicobacter pylori and tachycardia.Modern pharmacological studies have found that golden thread and its active ingredients have the effects of anti pathogenic microorganism,anti-inflammation,antidiarrhea,lowering blood glucose,inhibition positive helicobacter pylori,atrial fibrillation inhibition,lowering blood lipid,etc.With little toxicity,it should also be taken with caution for those with dysphoria and feverish sensation due to yin deficiency,vomiting and nausea due to stomach deficiency,diarrhea due to spleen deficiency,and diarrhea due to kidney deficiency.Its clinical dosage ranges from 1 g to 120 g.When taken orally,it should be used according to the syndrome differentiation of different diseases or different stages of the same disease,and the dose-effect relationship between its dosage and symptom targets or biochemical indicator targets should be actively explored and reconstructed.
