摘　　要：肛周脓肿和肛瘘是婴幼儿两种常见的肛周疾病。目前对其发病机制、临床诊断和治疗仍存在争议。本文总结了婴幼儿肛周脓肿和肛瘘的发病机制、临床表现和治疗等方面的研究进展,旨在为临床医师诊治此类疾病时提供理论支持。Perianal abscess and anal fistula are two common perianal diseases in infants and young children.At present,its pathogenesis,clinical diagnosis and treatment are still controversial.This article summarizes the research progress in the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and treatment of perianal abscess and anal fistula in infants and young children,aiming to provide theoretical support for clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of such diseases.
