摘　　要：妈祖是中华民族的一位优秀女性典范,在她身上高度集中地体现出孔子式的礼乐精神和礼乐境界,展现出女性丰盛的人生、圆满的人性和独特的女性精神,这为“她时代”下女性的精神追寻带来重要的思想价值和智慧策略。“她时代”下的女性,深受多元文化的影响和西方文化的冲击,出现传统文化失落的现象,导致身份感、归属感和价值感迷失的现象较严重。践行妈祖之“礼”,承传和发扬礼乐文化,可破解“她时代”下女性的事业与家庭这个“鱼和熊掌”难以兼得的大难题,可寻回并体现新时代风范的女性精神。Mazu is an excellent female model of the Chinese nation.The spirit and realm of Confucian rites and music are highly concentrated in her,displaying women's abundant life,fulfilled humanity,and unique female spirit.This provides important intellectual value and wisdom strategies for women's spiritual pursuit in the"Her Era."In the"Her Era,"women,deeply affected by multiculturalism and western culture impact,tend to lose traditional cultural values,leading to a serious loss of identity,sense of belonging,and value perception.Practicing the"rites"of Mazu and carrying forward the culture of rites and music can solve the difficult problem of women in the"Her Era"struggling to balance career and family.Whether as single elites or women with homes to return to,they can pursue a female spirit representing the new era,achieving a perfect self-reality,reaping a sense of happiness,and becoming the real winners of life in the"Her Era."
