摘　　要：在地区性问题和全球性问题交织出现的背景下,复合相互依赖理论正成为寻求具体事务性问题解决办法的重要路径。近年来,随着中国—东盟地区合作联系日益紧密,东盟国家积极参与地区性和全球性合作机制,与中国建立一系列自主发展且包容高效的双边及多边合作机制。中国—东盟合作机制的建立进程,经过了从东盟内部“弱国家性”向东南亚整体“地区性”转变,最终跨入“全球化”的完整依赖路径,集中体现了东盟国家的战略变化和策略选择。未来中国—东盟合作机制将进一步就增强地区韧性、加强具体问题领域的务实合作,建立更加系统且稳定的中国—东盟共同体合作网络,构建复合相互依赖的良性互动局面。In the context of regional problems and global issues,the theory of complex interdependence is becoming an important path to seek specific transactional problems.In recent years,as China-Asean regional cooperation has become increasingly close,ASEAN countries have actively participated in the establishment of regional and global cooperation mechanisms,and established a series of independent,inclusive and efficient bilateral and multilateral cooperation mechanisms with China.Combined with a realistic understanding of the theory of compound interdependence,especially in the establishment of the China-ASEAN cooperation mechanism,the transformation from the“weak nationality”within ASEAN to the“regional”nature of Southeast Asia as a whole,and finally into the complete dependence of“globalization”,which embodies the strategic changes and strategic choices of ASEAN countries.In the future,the China-ASEAN cooperation mechanism will further enhance regional resilience and strengthen practical cooperation in specific fields,establish a more systematic and stable China-ASEAN community cooperation network,and build a situation of healthy interaction with complex interdependence.
