消风宣窍汤联合氯雷他定片治疗过敏性鼻炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察消风宣窍汤联合氯雷他定片治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选取102例过敏性鼻炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分入治疗组与对照组各51例。对照组给予氯雷他定片治疗,治疗组采用消风宣窍汤联合氯雷他定片治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、血清免疫球蛋白E (IgE)和炎性因子水平,比较2组临床疗效与不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率96.08%,高于对照组82.35%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组鼻塞、黏性和脓性鼻涕、头面部胀痛、嗅觉减退或丧失等中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组IgE、白细胞介素-4 (IL-4)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)及白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)水平均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消风宣窍汤联合氯雷他定片能提高过敏性鼻炎患者的临床疗效,改善鼻炎症状和免疫功能,降低炎症因子,且不增加不良反应。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiaofeng Xuanqiao Decoction combined with Loratadine Tablets for allergic rhinitis. Methods:A total of 102 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis were selected as the research objects,and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Loratadine Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Xiaofeng Xuanqiao Decoction combined with Loratadine Tablets. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores and the levels of immunoglobulin E(IgE) and inflammatory factors in serum were compared before and after treatment between the two groups;clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 96.08% in the treatment group,higher than that of 82.35% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndrome, such as nasal congestion, viscous and purulent nasal discharge, head and facial distension, and hyposmia or anosphrasia in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the above scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IgE, interleukin-4(IL-4), interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the above levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Xiaofeng Xuanqiao Decoction combined with Loratadine Tablets for patients with allergic rhinitis can enhance the clinical effect, improve rhinitis symptoms and immune function, and reduce inflammatory factors,without increasing adverse reactions.
