摘　　要：基于包容性发展理念的高校学生资助工作,更加凸显受助者的主体地位,资助过程更加具有实践性,资助内容更加丰富完善,育人效果更加全面长效,能够为高校贫困生解困提供新思路,解决学生的学习与生活难题,促进我国教育事业的长足发展。文章以包容性发展理念为核心,围绕高校学生资助体系展开研究,首先阐述包容性发展理念的内涵和特征,然后分析现阶段高校学生资助体系中暴露出的问题,最后提出在包容性发展理念下构建高校学生资助体系、帮助贫困生解困的有效路径,旨在发挥包容性发展理念的育人价值,促进资助体系的可持续发展,推动家庭经济困难学生形成“他助—自助—助他”的良性循环。Based on the concept of inclusive development,the funding work for college students highlights the main position of the beneficiaries,the funding process is more practical,the funding content is richer and more complete,and the educational effect is more comprehensive and long-term.It can provide new ideas for solving the difficulties of impoverished college students,solve their learning and life problems,and promote the long-term development of China's education industry.The article focuses on the concept of inclusive development and conducts research on the student aid system in universities.Firstly,it elaborates on the connotation and characteristics of the concept of inclusive development.Then,it analyzes the problems exposed in the current student aid system in universities.Finally,it proposes an effective path to build a student aid system in universities and help impoverished students overcome difficulties under the concept of inclusive development,Intended to unleash the educational value of inclusive development,promote the sustainable development of the funding system,and promote the formation of a virtuous cycle of"helping others,self-help,and helping others"for economically disadvantaged students.
