摘　　要：扁平苔藓类天疱疮是一种罕见的获得性自身免疫性皮肤病,临床少见,组织病理学具有特征性,本文报道一例JAK抑制剂托法替布治疗扁平苔藓类天疱疮,治疗一周后患者瘙痒消退,丘疹明显变平,一个月后随访无新发皮损。Lichenoid planus pemphigoid is a rare acquired autoimmune skin disease,which belongs to a special type of lichen planus,and is characterized by histopathology.We report a case of lichen planus pemphigoid treated with the JAK inhibitor tofacitinib.The patient's pruritus subsided and the papules were significantly flattened after one week of treatment,and there was no new skin lesions during a one-month follow-up.
