摘　　要：周期性发热-阿弗他口炎-咽炎-淋巴结炎(PFAPA)可出现皮疹,但目前缺乏对皮疹特点详细描述的报道。本文报道1例以双上睑水肿性紫红斑为主要表现的PFAPA患者,并通过相关文献复习,增强对该病的了解。Periodic fever,aphthous stomatitis,pharyngitis and adenitis(PFAPA)can result in a rash,but detailed descriptions of the rash characteristics are lacking.The present study presents a case of PFAPA with erythema of double upper blepharoedema as the predominant clinical features,while also providing a comprehensive review of relevant literature to enhance comprehension of this disease.
