摘 要:心血管疾病目前仍是人类的高发疾病,其中冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease,CHD)无论是在发病率方面还是病死率方面,都位于心血管疾病的前列。因此,CHD的治疗对于提升人类整体健康水平具有重要意义。以往对于CHD的治疗主要是应用冠状动脉内支架植入的方法,但是传统支架通常伴有支架内狭窄、晚期血栓形成等不良反应,近些年来生物可吸收支架逐渐应用于临床实践当中,为CHD的介入治疗开辟了新的思路。本文主要对目前较为常用的生物可吸收支架及近几年来有关生物可吸收支架的国内外相关研究进行综述,进一步阐述生物可吸收支架在CHD介入治疗的应用前景及未来发展趋势。Cardiovascular disease(CVD)remains a high-incidence disease in human,among which coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)is at the forefront of CVD in terms of morbidity and mortality.Therefore,the treatment of CHD is of great significance for improving the overall health of human beings.In the past,coronary scaffold implantation was mainly used for CHD treatment.However,traditional scaffolds are usually accompanied by in-stent stenosis and late thrombosis etc.In recent years,bioabsorbable scaffolds have been gradually used in clinical practice,which has opened up new thinking in interventional therapy of CHD.This article mainly reviews the commonly used bioabsorbable scaffolds and related domestic and foreign researches on bioabsorbable scaffolds in recent years,and further elaborates the application prospects of bioabsorbable scaffolds and future development trends in interventional treatment of CHD.
