孔立从“三焦理论”论治脓毒症心肾综合征

摘　　要：孔立教授认为“三焦功能紊乱”是脓毒症心肾综合征的根本病机,上、中、下三焦部位相连,功能互用,脓毒症心肾综合征主要病位在上、下二焦,中焦既是因上下二焦而受累,又可致上下二焦功能失调。孔立教授提出从“三焦理论”论治脓毒症诱发的心肾综合征,认为在治疗脓毒症的基础上,应以通下焦利小便为先,调上焦复心肺之能为要,强调护中焦调胃气贯穿治疗始终。Professor KONG Li believes that“triple energizer dysfunction”is the fundamental pathogenesis of sepsis-induced cardio-renal syndrome.The upper energizer,middle energizer and lower energizer are connected and interact with each other.The main lesions of sepsis-induced cardio-renal syndrome are in the upper energizer and lower energizer.The middle energizer is affected by the upper energizer and lower energizer,and can cause dysfunction of the upper energizer and lower energizer.Professor KONG Li has proposed the application of“triple energizer theory”to treat sepsis-induced cardiorenal syndrome.He believes that on the basis of the treatment of sepsis,the treatment should first regulate the function of the lower energizer to relieve urine,focus on regulating the cardiopulmonary function of the upper energizer,and emphasize the importance of protecting the middle energizer and regulating stomach Qi throughout the treatment.
