党中勤治疗溃疡性结肠炎常用药对配伍探析

摘　　要：党中勤教授是全国名老中医药专家,从事肝胆胃肠疾病的防治近40载,对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗见解独到。党师临证擅长以“脏腑整体恒动观”为指导,联合“风药理论”治疗本病,屡屡收效。党师认为“脾虚湿蕴”为本病的基本病机,治疗应以健脾祛湿为本,同时重视肝脾、肺脾、脾肾、肺肠之间的生理病理关系,强调“条达肝气、宣降肺气、健运中气、温补肾气、通涩肠道”相互为用。临证中善用黄连-黄柏、白及-苦参、茯苓-薏苡仁、木香-槟榔、桔梗-杏仁、党参-黄芪、肉豆蔻-补骨脂、荆芥-防风等药对,从多中心、多角度辨证论治溃疡性结肠炎,机圆法活,疗效显著。该文以代表药对为例,对党中勤教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎学术思想及用药配伍特色进行阐述,以期为中医药治疗本病提供新思路。Professor DANG Zhongqin is a nationally renowned veteran traditional Chinese medicine expert who has been engaged in the prevention and treatment of liver,gallbladder and gastrointestinal diseases for nearly 40 years and has unique insights into the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Professor DANG specializes in the treatment of this disease with the guidance of the“holistic view of the internal organs”and the“wind medicine theory”,which has repeatedly achieved results.Professor DANG believes that“spleen deficiency and dampness”is the basic pathogenesis of this disease,and the treatment should be based on strengthening spleen and eliminating dampness.At the same time,he emphasized the physiopathological relationship between liver and spleen,lung and spleen,spleen and kidney,and lung and intestine,and stressed the mutual use of“regulating liver Qi,promoting and subduing lung Qi,strengthening middle Qi,warming kidney Qi,and opening the intestinal tract”.In clinical practice,professor DANG makes good use of Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)-Huangbai(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex),Baiji(Bletillae Rhizoma)-Kushen(Sophorae Flavescentis Radix),Fuling(Poria)-Yiyiren(Coicis Semen),Muxiang(Aucklandiae Radix)-Binlang(Arecae Semen),Jiegeng(Platycodonis Radix)-Xingren(Armeniacae Semen Amarum),Dangshen(Codonopsis Radix)-Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Roudoukou(Myristicae Semen)-Buguzhi(Psoraleae Fructus)and Jingjie(Schizonepetae Herba)-Fangfeng(Saposhnikoviae Radix)to treat ulcerative colitis from a multicenter and multifaceted perspective.In this paper,the academic thinking and the characteristics of the drug pairs of Professor DANG Zhongqin in the treatment of ulcerative colitis were described as representative pairs,with a view to providing new ideas for the treatment of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
