摘　　要：以“护膜”为关键词检索《中华医典》,发现古今“护膜”有不同涵义。古籍中护膜有保护疮疡基底面、内疡基底面和固护三焦膜系、膜原之意,而现代医家多认为护膜是通过辨证运用中药,应用局部给药途径,达到增强黏膜屏障,促进局部病灶修复的作用,最终治疗消化系统黏膜损伤。古今对护膜认识的相同点在于保护胃肠黏膜,然古籍中护膜还广泛应用于外科疾病,如痈疡等。古今护膜之意虽不尽相同,古籍中护膜的相关内容可指导和启发现代医家在选择药物及给药途径两方面实现护膜之功用。After searching“Humo”,which means“membrane protection therapy”,as a key word in The Chinese Medical Classics,there were obvious differences between the meaning of membrane protection therapy in the past and at present.It referred to the protection of basal surface of sore and ulcer,triple energizer membrane system in the ancient literature.However,it is considered as a therapy for mucosal injury of the digestive system,which uses topical application to promote mucosal repair and healing by treatment based on syndrome differentiation,among modern medical practitioners.Both of them have reached an agreement on the meaning that protection of gastrointestinal mucosa.It is also noteworthy that membrane protection therapy was more mentioned in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine in the past,which means the records in the ancient literature could inspire modern traditional Chinese medicine doctors of drug selection and administration route.
