基于“调枢和胃”理论探讨2型糖尿病的诊疗思路

摘　　要：以中医学五行、藏象、阴阳学说为指导,根据2型糖尿病病症结合的临床诊疗特点,结合现代医学理论“脑肠轴”“中枢胰岛素抵抗”等概念,提出以“调枢和胃”理论治疗2型糖尿病的观点。详细阐述“调枢和胃”的内涵,即调脏腑之枢,调阴阳之枢,调元神之枢在2型糖尿病防治过程中的意义,并提出了调和脾胃、开阖理枢、壮枢固本的治疗原则,以期为2型糖尿病的防治提供新的诊疗思路与方法。Guided by the theory of five elements,Zang-Fu organs manifestation and Yin-Yang in traditional Chinese medicine,according to the characteristics of clinical diagnosis and treatment of the combination of type 2 diabetes symptoms,combined with modern medical theories such as“brain-gut axis”and“central insulin resistance”,the viewpoint of treating type 2 diabetes with the theory of“regulating the pivot and stomach”is proposed.This paper expounded the connotation of“regulating the pivot and stomach”in detail,that is,regulating the pivot of Zang-Fu organs,regulating the pivot of Yin-Yang and regulating the significance of the pivot in the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes,and put forward the therapeutic principles of harmonizing spleen and stomach,opening and closing the pivot and consolidating the pivot,in order to provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes.
