摘　　要：目的探讨参芪养血颗粒治疗肿瘤相关性贫血(CRA)的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年3月医院收治的128例CRA患者为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各64例,两组均给予常规治疗,观察组另使用参芪养血颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗后临床症状改善情况、免疫功能、贫血指标情况。结果治疗后,两组主症、次症及中医证候总积分均减少(P<0.05),观察组主症、次症及中医证候总积分少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平升高(P<0.05),观察组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞(RBC)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)水平升高(P<0.05),观察组Hb、RBC、MCHC水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪养血颗粒有助于改善CRA患者疗效,增强免疫功能、造血功能,保障治疗安全性。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shenqi Yangxue Granules(参芪养血颗粒)in the treatment of cancer related anemia(CRA)and its effect on immune function.Methods A total of 128 CRA patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(64 cases)and observation group(64 cases).Both groups were given routine treatment,and the observation group was additionally given Shenqi Yangxue Granules.The improvement of clinical symptoms,immune function,anemia indexes and complications were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the total scores of primary syndrome,secondary syndrome and TCM syndrome in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the total scores of primary syndrome,secondary syndrome and TCM syndrome in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD_(3)^(+),CD+4 and CD+4/CD_(8)^(+) in the two groups were increased(P<0.05),and the levels of CD_(3)^(+),CD+4 and CD+4/CD_(8)^(+) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cells(RBC)and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)in the two groups were increased(P<0.05),and the levels of Hb,RBC and MCHC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Yangxue Granules can help to improve the curative effect of CRA patients,enhance the immune function and hematopoietic function,and ensure the safety of treatment.
