摘　　要：针灸治疗阿尔茨海默病历史悠久,医学家们在此领域积累了丰富的经验,在现代的针灸临床中,随着对阿尔茨海默病的认识更加深刻,针灸的方式也更加多样化;此外,针灸界对治疗此病的疗效规律也进行了较为全面的临床观察和总结,其中,以循证医学为基础的临床研究报告为临床提供了强有力的依据;同时,现代生物学机理的研究也为临床应用奠定了基础。明确针灸在治疗阿尔茨海默病中的价值,对阿尔茨海默病诊断、评估及治疗,都有一定的指导意义。Acupuncture has been used to treat Alzheimer's disease for a long time,and physicians of past dynasties have accumulated rich experience,including understanding of Alzheimer's disease,therapeutic scheme and curative effect rules.In the contemporary clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion,with the further improvement of understanding of Alzheimer's disease,acupuncture treatment schemes are also more diversified.On the other hand,the systematic clinical observation and summary of the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on Alzheimer's disease,especially the clinical research reports based on evidence-based medicine has provided reliable clinical evidence.In addition,the in-depth study of modern biological mechanisms also provides a basis for clinical practice.Therefore,to clarify the value of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease has certain guiding significance for the diagnosis,evaluation and treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
