摘　　要：证候规范化研究具有重要意义。选取合适的中医辨证体系作为理论指导,更是开展证候规范化研究的基础。中医辨证体系林立,各有所长,随着现代多学科交叉融合的需要,新的中医辨证体系也在逐步发展完善。综述汇总现代中医证候规范化研究所使用的辨证体系,并对其进行述评。认为在进行证候规范化研究前,应综合考虑疾病的不同特性、过往的临床经验等因素,选取最适宜该疾病的中医辨证体系进行研究。The syndrome standardization research is of great significance.Selecting the appropriate traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation system as the theoretical guidance is the basis of syndrome standardization research.There are many syndrome differentiation systems of TCM,each has its own strong points.With the need of cross-integration of modern multi-disciplines,the new syndrome differentiation system of TCM is also gradually developing and perfecting.This article summarized the syndrome differentiation system used in the standardization research of modern TCM syndrome standardization research and reviewed it.It is considered that before the study of syndrome standardization research,we should comprehensively consider the different characteristics of the disease,past clinical experience and other factors,and select the TCM syndrome differentiation system which is most suitable for the disease.
