急诊综合救治模式下成功抢救1例碘佛醇致严重过敏反应报道

摘　　要：严重过敏反应为机体在接触过敏原后,突发的、严重的、可危及患者生命的全身过敏反应,其主要临床特征为迅速出现威胁生命的呼吸系统或/和循环系统问题。若不及时处理,患者可因循环及呼吸系统功能的严重障碍而迅速死亡。本研究报道1例在急诊综合救治模式成功抢救碘佛醇致严重过敏反应的患者,通过对整个抢救和救治过程的报道,指南及抢救措施的应用,提高临床医护人员对该疾病的认识。Severe allergic reactions is sudden,severe,and life-threatening systemic allergic reactions that occur after exposure to allergens.Their main clinical characteristics are the rapid emergence of life-threatening respiratory or/and circulatory system problems.If not dealt with in a timely manner,patients may die quickly due to severe circulatory and respiratory system dysfunction.This study reports a successful rescue of a patient with severe allergic reactions caused by ioversol in the emergency comprehensive treatment mode.By reporting on the entire rescue and treatment process,applying guidelines and rescue measures,clinical medical staff have improved their understanding of the disease.
