摘　　要：心血管疾病是最常见的致死性疾病,严重危害人类健康。NLRP3炎症小体异常活化会导致过度炎症反应,进而促进多种疾病的病理进程。本文主要就NLRP3炎症小体的活化机制与心血管疾病相关作用的研究进展作一综述。Cardiovascular disease is the most common fatal disease,which seriously endangers human health.Abnormal activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome leads to excessive inflammatory responses,which contributes to the pathological processes of various diseases.This review focuses on the recent advances in the activation mechanism of NLRP3 inflammasome and its role in cardiovascular diseases.
