摘 要:为提高基于压延工艺生产的锂箔检测效率及能力,提出一种基于小波分析的板形三维扫描重构技术。采用激光位移传感器结合扫描式板形测量方法,实现锂箔板形特征点的快速、高精度的数据采集。以小波分析为基础,对粗大误差剔除后的激光测距仪扫描测量数据使用小波系数阈值去噪,实现对数据的降噪,同时保持原始测量数据的完整性。最后通过逐点插入法,实现板形的重构。采用三坐标测量法和所提出的激光扫描式板形重构检测法对同一轧件进行测量并对比,结果显示两者的最大极差为0.004mm;利用所提出的检测法对同一轧件进行6次重复性检测,结果显示最大标准差为0.00147mm,重复性误差小于±0.003mm。研究结果验证了所提出的激光扫描式板形重构检测法具有较高的精度和一致性,满足锂箔检测的要求。To enhance the efficiency and capability of lithium foil detection based on the rolling process,a three-dimensional scanning and reconstruction technique based on wavelet analysis is proposed.This technique employs a laser displacement sensor combined with a scanning plate measurement method to achieve rapid and highly accurate data collection of the lithium foil′s shape characteristics.Building upon wavelet analysis,the laser rangefinder scanning measurement data,after removing gross errors,is subjected to wavelet coefficient threshold denoising,accomplishing noise reduction while preserving the integrity of the original measurement data.Finally,the shape is reconstructed using apoint-by-point insertion method.Measurements of the same rolled piece using both the three-coordinate measurement method and the laser scanning plate reconstruction detection method proposed in this paper are compared.The results indicate a maximum difference of 0.004mm between the two methods.Utilizing the detection method proposed in this study,six repeatability tests were conducted on the same rolled piece,showing a maximum standard deviation of 0.00147mm and a repeatability error less than±0.003mm.The research results validate that the laser scanning plate shape reconstruction detection method proposed in this paper has high precision and consistency,meeting the requirements for lithium foil detection.
