摘 要:为解决激光回馈在测量较小双折射元件的相位延迟时存在锁区的问题,研究组合1/4波片在He-Ne激光器回馈外腔中的回馈效应,通过在回馈外腔中放入两片1/4波片,旋转其中一片波片,改变两波片的快慢轴夹角,会产生偏振跳变现象。实验发现,当两波片的快慢轴的夹角改变时,偏振跳变现象一直存在并且跳变点的位置在改变,即组合波片相位延迟可以实现连续变化。当两波片的快慢轴夹角在0°~90°范围内变化时,5次重复实验发现,组合波片的等效相位延迟可从19.79°变化至160.06°,重复测量最大偏差为0.6°,最大标准差为0.25°。组合波片可应用到激光回馈测量微小双折射元件测量当中,作为偏置元件为测量系统调制出所需补偿的相位延迟。In order to solve the problem that laser feedback has lock-in zone when measuring the phase delay of small birefringent elements,the feedback effect of combined 1/4wave plates in the feedback external cavity of He-Ne laser is studied.By placing two 1/4wave plates in the feedback external cavity,rotating one of the wave plates,and changing the included angle between the fast and slow axes of the two wave plates,polarization jump will occur.It is found that when the angle between the fast and slow axes of the two wave plates changes,the polarization jump phenomenon always exists and the position of the jump point changes,that is,the phase delay of the combined wave plate can change continuously.When the included angle between the fast and slow axes of the two wave plates varies from 0°to 90°,the equivalent phase delay of the combined wave plate can be changed from 19.79°to 160.06°through five repeated experiments,and the maximum difference of repeated measurements is 0.6°,and the maximum standard deviation is 0.25°.The combined wave plate can be applied to the measurement of micro birefringent elements in laser feedback measurement.As a bias element,it modulates the phase delay of the measurement system that needs to be compensated.
