摘  要:采用Al,Fe,Cu,Mn等金属改性制备了M-SBA-15分子筛材料,对比分析了不同金属改性SBA-15分子筛对四环素的吸附性能;利用SEM,N2物理吸附对Al-SBA-15进行了表征,研究了改性时间、pH、温度、四环素质量浓度等因素对吸附行为的影响,并且采用动力学模型、等温线模型和热力学模型分析了Al-SBA-15对四环素的吸附行为。结果表明:Al-SBA-15对四环素的吸附效果最好,最佳吸附条件为N(Al)∶N(Si)=0.35、改性时间3 h、pH=6.0、温度298 K;伪二级动力学模型更适合描述Al-SBA-15对四环素的吸附动力学行为,颗粒内扩散不是吸附速率的唯一控制步骤;Freundlich模型能更好地描述Al-SBA-15对四环素的吸附行为,表明该过程以多层吸附为主;热力学分析显示Al-SBA-15吸附四环素是自发的、混乱度降低的放热过程。In this study,M-SBA-15 mesoporous materials modified with metals such as Al,Fe,Cu and Mn were prepared and their adsorption performance on tetracycline were compared.SEM and N2 adsorption/desorption were used for Al-SBA-15 characterization.The effects of modification time,pH,temperature,mass concentration of tetracycline and other factors on adsorption behavior of Al-SBA-15 to tetracycline were investigated,and the kinetic models,isotherm models and thermodynamic models were used to analyze the adsorption behavior.The results show that Al-SBA-15 has the best adsorption effect on tetracycline,with optimal conditions being an N(Al)∶N(Si)ratio of 0.35,modification time of 3 h,pH of 6.0 and temperature of 298 K.The pseudo-second-order kinetic model is more suitable for describing the adsorption kinetics of Al-SBA-15,and the intra-particle diffusion is not the only rate-determination step.Freundlich model better describes the adsorption behavior of Al-SBA-15 on tetracycline,indicating that the process is mainly a multi-layer adsorption.Thermodynamic analysis shows that the adsorption of Al-SBA-15 is spontaneous and exothermic,and results in decreased disorder.
