摘　　要：针对国家安全面临的前所未有的新复杂形势,以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出了总体国家安全观的重要战略思想。作为治国理政新思路的重要组成部分,总体国家安全观境界开阔、高瞻远瞩、内涵深邃、涉及面广,涵盖了政治安全、国土安全、信息安全、社会安全、文化安全等多个领域。从总体国家安全观的视域出发,对网络文化安全治理进行论析,探讨其价值意蕴、现状成效和实践径路,试图为互联网迅速发展给网络文化安全带来新挑战的当下提出一些实用的对策和建议,以期更好地建设一个繁荣、安全、秩序井然的新时代网络文化场域。In view of the unprecedented new and complicated situation that national security is facing,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core puts forward the important strategic thought of a holistic approach to national security.As an important part of the new idea of the governance of China,a holistic approach to national security is broad in spiritual concepts,visionary in thoughts,profound in connotation and wide in scope,covering political security,homeland security,information security,social security,cultural security and other fields.From the perspective of a holistic approach to national security,this paper analyzes the governance of cyberculture security,discusses its value implication,current situation,achievements and practical path,and tries to put forward some practical countermeasures and suggestions tackling the new challenges of cyberculture security brought by the rapid development of the Internet,so as to better build a prosperous,safe and orderly cyberculture in the new era.
