摘  要:船舶涂装作业产生的挥发性有机物(VOCs)废气的末端治理先进技术需求迫切。文章介绍了催化燃烧法(RCO)处理VOCs废气中的候选贵金属催化剂和非贵金属催化剂,重点对钙钛矿类非贵金属催化剂的研究成果以及影响RCO催化反应中催化剂失活等问题进行了分析阐述。船舶VOCs废气处理低成本化成为必然的趋势,相对于通常采用的贵金属型催化剂,非贵金属催化剂中的负载在介孔分子筛载体上的镧系钙钛矿催化剂展现了优良的催化性能,低成本且可有效降低起燃温度。在今后我国船舶喷涂VOCs的治理中需对该类型催化剂加以更多关注及应用。同时,RCO催化反应中碳、硫、氯等元素导致催化剂积碳与中毒问题、废气中的水蒸气含量等均是影响VOCs催化效率的因素。该研究将为今后船舶涂装行业的废气处理遴选催化剂及RCO设计提供一定参考,助力绿色造船工业的发展。The advanced technologies for terminal treatment of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)from Marine coating are urgently needed.The candidate noble metal catalysts and non-noble metal catalysts for the treatment of VOCs waste gas by regenerate catalytic oxidation(RCO)are reviewed.The research results of perovskite non-noble metal catalysts and effects of deactivation of catalysts on the treatment of VOCs by RCO are summarized and analyzed.The low cost of VOCs waste gas treatment will inevitably become the development trend in the future.In contrast to the commonly used noble metal type catalysts,the lanthanide perovskite catalysts on mesoporous molecular sieve matrix are non-noble metal catalysts.They exhibits excellent catalytic performance,due to low cost,and can effectively reduce the ignition temperature.This type of catalyst should be focused and applied more in the RCO process of ship painting.In addition,carbon,sulfur,chlorine and other catalysts cause carbon deposition and poisoning problems and the influence of water vapor in exhaust gas on the catalytic efficiency of VOCs cannot be ignored.The comments will provide some reference for RCO catalyst selection and process design in the marine painting industry in the future.It can also help the development of green shipbuilding industry.
