欣母沛联合卡孕栓治疗产后出血的价值

摘　　要：目的 分析卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液(商品名:欣母沛)联合卡前列甲酯栓(商品名:卡孕栓)治疗产后出血的价值。方法 66例产后出血产妇,随机分为常规对照组和综合治疗组,每组33例。常规对照组采用欣母沛治疗,综合治疗组则在常规对照组的基础上增加卡孕栓治疗。比较两组产后出血情况以及止血效果、药物不良反应(恶心、面部潮红、腹泻)发生情况。结果 综合治疗组产后2 h出血量(523.34±30.01)ml、产后24 h出血量(769.01±42.24)ml均少于常规对照组的(634.21±31.24)、(927.45±43.45)ml,差异显著(P<0.05)。综合治疗组产后止血总有效率100.00%(33/33)高于常规对照组的78.79%(26/33)(P<0.05)。两组药物不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 欣母沛联合卡孕栓对产后出血的临床疗效确切,可有效提高产妇产后出血的止血效果,且安全性高,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze the value of carboprost tromethamine injection(trade name:Hemabate)combined with carboprost methylate suppositories(trade name:Carboprost)in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 66 puerpera with postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into the conventional control group and the comprehensive treatment group,with 33 cases in each group.The patients in the conventional control group were treated with Hemabate,while the patients in the comprehensive treatment group were added with carboprost suppository on the basis of the conventional control group.The postpartum hemorrhage,the hemostatic effect,and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions(nausea,facial flushing,diarrhea)were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding at 2 h and 24 h postpartum were(523.34±30.01)and(769.01±42.24)ml in the comprehensive treatment group,which were less than(634.21±31.24)and(927.45±43.45)ml in the conventional control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The total hemostatic effective rate of the comprehensive treatment group was 100.00%(33/33),which higher than 78.79%(26/33)of the conventional control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hemabate combined with carboprost suppository has definite clinical effect on postpartum hemorrhage,and can effectively improve the hemostatic effect,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
