分析小儿单纯性肥胖症应用益气健脾汤治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的 分析小儿单纯性肥胖症应用益气健脾汤治疗的效果。方法 选取78例小儿单纯性肥胖症患儿开展本次研究,随机将其分为对照组(行常规西药治疗, 39例)和观察组(在常规西药治疗的基础上另加益气健脾汤治疗, 39例)。比较两组血脂指标[高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)]及肝功能指标[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)]水平,治疗效果。结果观察组的HDL-C(1.53±0.39)mmol/L高于对照组的(1.01±0.15)mmol/L, TG(1.55±0.35)mmol/L、LDL-C(2.40±0.48)mmol/L、TC(4.60±0.35)mmol/L、ALT(30.00±8.61)U/L、AST(27.68±9.11)U/L均低于对照组的(1.99±0.68)mmol/L、(2.99±0.83)mmol/L、(4.99±0.65)mmol/L、(36.14±9.99)U/L、(37.37±9.44)U/L,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率97.44%高于对照组的82.05%,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 给予小儿单纯性肥胖症患儿益气健脾汤治疗能够显著改善患儿血脂水平和肝功能,临床疗效显著,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction on simple obesity in children.Methods 78 children with simple obesity were selected for this study.They were randomly divided into a control group(39 cases,treated with conventional western medicine)and an observation group(39 cases,treated with Yiqi Jianpi Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine).Both groups were compared in terms of blood lipid indicators[high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC)]and liver function indicators[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST)]level,and therapeutic effect.Results The observation group had higher HDL-C of(1.53±0.39)mmol/L than(1.01±0.15)mmol/L in the control group;the observation group had TG of(1.55±0.35)mmol/L,LDL-C of(2.40±0.48)mmol/L,TC of(4.60±0.35)mmol/L,ALT of(30.00±8.61)U/L,AST of(27.68±9.11)U/L,which were lower than(1.99±0.68)mmol/L,(2.99±0.83)mmol/L,(4.99±0.65)mmol/L,(36.14±9.99)U/L,(37.37±9.44)U/L in the control group;the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.44%,which was higher than 82.05%of the control group,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi Decoction can significantly improve the level of blood lipid and the liver function of children with simple obesity.It has significant clinical effect and is worth popularizing.
