摘　　要：基于统计数据和对山西省内规上工业企业研发机构的调查,从研发机构数量、研发经费、研发产出、研发项目、研发人员等角度,分析了山西省规上工业企业研发机构建设现状,剖析其中存在的突出问题,提出了符合山西省实际的促进规上工业企业研发机构建设的对策建议,为企业研发机构的建设与发展提供情报支撑,为政府制定相关决策提供参考。Based on statistical data and a survey on R&D institutions of industrial enterprises above designated size in Shanxi province,analysis on the building status of R&D institutions of industrial enterprises above designated size in Shanxi province is conducted from the perspective of R&D institutions quantity,funds,output,projects,personnel and so on,and outstanding problems are dissected.Recommendations on promoting the building of R&D institutions for industrial enterprises above designated size are proposed according to actual requirements in Shanxi province.It will be used as an intelligence support for the construction and development of enterprise R&D institutions and as a reference for government to make policies.
