欠发达地区发展集体经济的创新路径研究——以青海省为例

摘　　要：创新发展壮大农村集体经济的道路是欠发达地区促进乡村振兴、实现农牧业高质量发展、走向共同富裕的必然选择。立足于新时期的发展目标、要求及动能,青海省积极探索、大胆尝试,成功实践出了集体合作经营、集体辅助经营、集体自主经营为代表三类主要创新性经营形态,为欠发达地区提供了夯实组织基础、坚持农民主体、释放制度效能、因地制宜发展的集体经济产业创新发展的经验路径。The path of innovative development and expansion of rural collective economy is an inevitable choice for underdeveloped areas to promote rural revitalization,achieve high-quality development of agriculture and animal husbandry,and move toward common prosperity.Based on the development goals,requirements and momentum of the new era,Qinghai Province actively explores and makes bold attempts,has successfully practiced three major innovative management forms,namely collective cooperative operation,collective auxiliary operation and collective independent operation,and provided an empirical path for the innovation and development of collective economic industries in less-developed regions,which includes consolidating the organizational foundation,adhering to the peasants'main body,releasing the efficiency of the system and adapting to local conditions.
