摘　　要：本文指出建筑施工企业在进行具体项目建设施工时涉及到大量的物资管理,企业成本管控压力加大,利润获取空间被不断压缩。为了提高企业物资管理的价值效度,本文以文献综述法、观察法等基本研究方法进行了研究,通过研究发现:基于价值链整合的物资管理具有很大优势,很多建筑施工企业进行了相应的管理尝试,但基于价值链整合的物资管理并不成熟,管理实践层面也容易出现诸多不足之处。为此,本文具体分析了基于价值链整合的建筑施工企业物资管理现状,并结合实际提出了更为有效的管理策略。This paper pointed out that construction enterprises involve a lot of material management in the construction of specific projects,the pressure of cost control is increasing,and profit acquisition space is constantly compressed.In order to promote the value validity of material management of enterprises,this paper uses the literature review method,observation method and other basic research methods to study,and it can be found that the material management based on the value chain integration has great advantages,and many construction enterprises have made corresponding management attempts.However,the material management based on the value chain integration is not mature,and the management practice is prone to many deficiencies.Therefore,this paper specifically analyzes the current situation of material management of construction enterprises based on value chain integration,and put forward more effective management strategies combined with the actual situation.
