摘 要:本文指出盐业化工企业主要采用盐卤作为生产原料,在生产中常需要长距离运输,然而长距离盐卤管道作为输送的主要方式却容易遭受损坏,盐卤管路损坏既影响正常生产又污染周围环境,因此对其运输管路进行无损检测非常必要;目前国内管道泄漏检测技术起步较晚,常用到的负压波管道无损检测作为主流检测技术却难以精确检测到较小的泄漏。针对这一问题,本文提出了一种基于CUSUM算法的负压波检测方法,改善了传统负压波检测的缺点,对细小的泄漏也有很好的反馈作用,便于负压波检测的定位,具有一定的工程实际意义。This paper points out that salt chemical enterprises mainly use salt brine as raw materials for production,long-distance transportation has become an important way in production,but long-distance salt brine pipeline as the main way of transportation is prone to damage,so it is necessary to carry out nondestructive testing on transportation pipelines;the current domestic detection pipeline leakage detection technology started late,negative pressure wave as the mainstream detection technology is difficult to accurately detect small leaks.Aiming at the problem,in this paper,a negative pressure wave detection technology based on CUSUM algorithm is proposed to improve the shortcomings of traditional negative pressure wave detection,and has a good feedback effect on small leaks,which is convenient for the positioning of negative pressure wave detection,and has good engineering practical significance.
