摘 要:为筛选茶角胸叶甲有增效作用的复配药剂并评价其田间药效,通过胃毒触杀联合毒力法测定苦皮藤素和绿僵菌在不同配比下对茶角胸叶甲的共毒系数。室内毒力测定表明苦皮藤素和绿僵菌的配比3∶2、4∶1和7∶3的共毒系数分别为178.10、160.42和134.74,说明复配药剂对茶角胸叶甲有增效作用。综合联合毒力以及用药成本因素,选用苦皮藤:绿僵菌为4∶1的配比做田间药效试验。结果表明,处理后3 d、7 d对茶角胸叶甲的防效分别为73.98%和81.87%,高于单剂处理。To screen out the optimum combination of insecticides to control the adult Basilepta melanopus Lefevre and to evaluate their application effect in the field,the co-toxicity coefficients of celangulin and metarrhizium anisopliae using their mixtures in various mix ratios against the adult Basilepta melanopus Lefevre were invesigated by contact and ingestion methods.The co-toxicity coefficients of celangulin and metarrhizium anisopliae at the ratios of 3∶2,4∶1 and 7∶3 against the Basilepta melanopus Lefevre were 178.10、160.42 and 134.74,respectively.It showed that the synergistic effect of the mixture was significant.Based on comprehensive efficacy and cost factor,the ratio of 4∶1 was selected for field experiment.The results showed that the efficacy of mixed pesticide were 73.98%and 81.87%at 3 d and 7 d,which higher than the individual use of the two insecticides.
