茶文化进校园对西湖龙井茶制作技艺的保护作用——以“西湖育春色”西湖龙井展为例

摘　　要：现阶段国内极其重视西湖龙井茶非遗相关的保护与传承,其中西湖龙井茶炒制技艺的保护传承尤为重要,是西湖龙井茶品牌发扬至今的关键。然而大众对于西湖龙井茶炒制技艺的了解程度浅显,且尚未形成保护西湖龙井茶炒制技艺的观念,缺乏学习技艺的渠道,因此西湖龙井茶炒制技艺的知识普及工作亟待完善。从娃娃抓起,利用企事业单位的社会资源,让茶文化进校园,进社区,发挥博物馆的领头作用,本文以中国茶叶博物馆“西湖育春色”西湖龙井茶展为例,分析茶文化进校园对西湖龙井茶制作技艺的保护作用。At present,China attaches great importance to the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of West Lake Longjing tea,among which the protection and inheritance of its manual processing skills is particularly important because it is the key for developing the West Lake Longjing tea brand.However,the public′s understanding of the manual processing skills is superficial and they have no concept of its protection,and also lack learning channels.Therefore,The knowledge popularization of West Lake Longjing tea manuual processing skills needs to be improved.Starting from the child,using the social resources of enterprises and institutions,tea museum will play a leading role in introducing the tea culture into the campus and the community.The present paper takes the"West Lake Nurtures Spring"West Lake Longjing Tea Exhibition organized by the China Tea Museum as an example to analyze the protective effect of tea culture entering the campus on the manual processing skills of West Lake Longjing tea.
