摘　　要：患者吸入用药的依从性是影响慢性呼吸系统疾病疗效的重要因素。慢性呼吸系统疾病患者吸入用药依从性差与患者高病死率、高医疗花费密切相关。用药记录器作为用药依从性评估的金标准,可为临床医务工作者提供客观准确的用药数据,进而辅助临床决策。文章就吸入给药在慢性呼吸系统疾病中的意义、用药依从性在慢性呼吸系统疾病中所面临的挑战、用药依从性的评估方法以及用药记录器提高患者用药依从性的作用及其应用现状进行综述。The adherence of inhalational drug administration is closely related the treatment effectiveness for patients with chronic respiratory diseases;on the other hand,poor adherence may increase healthcare costs or even lead to the death of patients.Electronic inhaler monitoring,currently considered the gold standard for assessing adherence,can provide clinicians with objectively accurate medication data,thereby assisting in clinical decision-making.This article provides a review of the significance of inhalation administration,the newly concept of medication adherence,the challenges faced in chronic respiratory diseases,and the current status of the application and value of electronic inhaler monitoring in improving adherence of inhalational drug administration for respiratory disease patients.
