2022—2023年安徽口岸出境劳务人员慢性非传染性疾病监测情况分析

摘　　要：本研究以2022—2023年在安徽口岸进行法定体检的出境劳务人员为研究对象,分析出境劳务人员慢性非传染性疾病的患病情况,采用描述性流行病学方法对监测结果进行分类统计,为口岸慢性非传染性疾病的防控工作提供科学依据。研究结果显示,在6602名出境劳务人员中共检出慢性非传染性疾病5122例,患病率为77.58%。其中,患病率较高的前4种疾病分别为脂肪肝、高血压、尿常规异常、心电图异常,男性>女性,年龄以51~60岁为主。连续两年脂肪肝患病率最高,不同年份、性别、年龄组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄组间比较差异性显著(P<0.001)。研究结果提示,迫切需要加强对出境劳务人员慢性非传染性疾病的防控力度,针对疾病高发人群进行健康管理宣教,密切随访,保障出境劳务人员的身体健康。This study took the outbound workers who underwent statutory physical examination at Anhui Ports from 2022to 2023 as the research object,analyzed the prevalence of chronic non-communicable diseases among outbound workers,and used descriptive epidemiological methods to classify and count the monitoring results,so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of chronic non-communicable diseases at ports.The results showed that a total of 5122 cases of chronic non-communicable diseases were detected among 6602 outbound workers,with a prevalence rate of 77.58%.Among them,the top 4 diseases with high prevalence were fatty liver,hypertension,abnormal urinalysis,and abnormal electrocardiogram,with males>females,and the age was mainly 51-60 years old.The prevalence of fatty liver disease was the highest for two consecutive years,and there were statistically significant differences among different years,gender,and age groups(P<0.05),and there were significant differences among different age groups(P<0.001).The results suggest that there is an urgent need to strengthen the prevention and control of chronic noncommunicable diseases among outbound workers,carry out health management education and close follow-up for groups with high incidence of diseases,and ensure the health of outbound workers.
