摘 要:通过在规则排列的圆形蜂窝铝的不同层之间插入Al片形成叠层圆形蜂窝结构,并采用真空烧结的方式制备出3种具有高冶金结合程度的蜂窝铝样品(HC1、HC2、HC3)。在此基础上对3种HC结构进行面内方向的准静态压缩实验,同时采用ABAQUS有限元方法对HC结构的面内变形行为进行分析。结果表明:Al片的添加对蜂窝起到了明显的横向约束作用并且抑制了鼓形膨胀,避免了形成X型局部剪切带。在力学性能方面,HC2和HC3的比吸能高于HC1,分别达到7.041J/g和7.048J/g;而HC1具有较长的应力平台长度,达到0.675。此外,有限元分析结果与实验结果高度吻合,变形行为相同,证实了有限元模型的准确性。Three honeycomb Al samples(HC1,HC2and HC3)with high metallurgical bonding were prepared by inserting Al sheets between different layers of regularly arranged circular honeycomb Al to form a laminated circular honeycomb structure by vacuum sintering.On this basis,quasi-static compression experiments in the in-plane direction were carried out on the three HC structures,and the in-plane deformation behaviors of the HC structures were analyzed using the ABAQUS finite element method.The results show that the addition of Al sheets provides significant lateral restraint to the honeycomb and suppresses the bulge expansion,avoiding the formation of X-shaped local shear zones.In terms of mechanical properties,the specific energy absorption of HC2and HC3is higher than HC1,reaching 7.041J/g and 7.048J/g,respectively,while HC1has a longer stress plateau length of 0.675.In addition,the finite element analysis results are in high agreement with the experimental results,and the deformation behaviors are the same,which confirms the accuracy of the finite element model.
