摘 要:引入高韧性聚脲改性环氧树脂砂浆,采用正交单因素分析法分析了聚脲掺量和环灰比对改性环氧树脂砂浆抗折强度、抗压强度、粘结强度的影响规律,揭示了聚脲掺量和环灰比对改性环氧树脂砂浆粘结强度的高斯分布型敏感性影响特征。研究表明:少量聚脲的引入延长了环氧砂浆的凝结时间,降低了收缩率,可有效提高修补材料的抗折强度、粘结强度和韧性;聚脲掺量在10%时,相比于普通环氧树脂砂浆其韧性和粘结强度最高增加了40%和39.3%。基于环灰比和聚脲掺量对砂浆粘结强度影响规律的拟合函数,提出了以粘结强度为约束条件,以经济性为优化目标的聚脲改性环氧树脂砂浆配比优化方法,研究成果为新型少量聚脲改性环氧树脂砂浆的推广使用提供了理论依据。The high toughness polyurea modified epoxy resin mortar was introduced,and orthogonal one-way analysis was used to analyse the effects of polyurea dosing and cyclic ash ratio on the flexural strength,compressive strength and bond strength of modified epoxy resin mortar,revealing the characteristics of Gaussian distribution type sensitivity of the effect of polyurea dosing and cyclic ash ratio on the bond strength of modified epoxy mortar.The results show that,the introduction of a small amount of polyurea prolongs the setting time of epoxy mortar and reduces its shrinkage,which can effectively improve the flexural strength,bond strength and toughness of the repair material.Compared with ordinary epoxy mortar,when the polyurea doping reaches 10%,its toughness and bond strength increases by up to 40%and 39.3%,respectively.Based on the fitting function of the ring-ash ratio and polyurea dosage on the mortar bond strength influence law,an optimisation method of polyurea modified epoxy resin mortar proportioning with bond strength as the constraint and economy as the optimisation target is proposed,and the research results provide a theoretical basis for the popularisation of the use of a new type of small amount of polyurea modified epoxy resin mortar.
