摘  要:为提高混凝土的抗裂性能,研发了一种基于温缩纤维的混凝土材料,利用温升时纤维回缩所产生的应力来提高混凝土的抗裂性能。为了探明该种混凝土的力学性能,设计制作了26组共计112个混凝土试块,按2.0kg/m^(3)纤维掺量,通过试块蒸养模拟温升作用,对比分析了素混凝土、聚丙烯纤维混凝土、温缩纤维混凝土的力学性能,研究了温缩纤维混凝土的应力-应变曲线。结果表明,温缩纤维混凝土的力学性能优于聚丙烯纤维混凝土和素混凝土,轴心抗拉强度分别提高了30.17%和31.96%,说明温缩纤维对混凝土的抗裂性能有明显的提高作用。同时建立了温缩纤维混凝土的本构关系,为温缩纤维混凝土的应用提供了理论和试验依据。In order to improve the crack resistance of concrete,the research group developed a concrete material based on heat-shrinkable fiber,which improved the cracking resistance of concrete by using the stress generated by fiber shrinkage during temperature rise.In order to explore the mechanical properties of this kind of concrete,26groups of 112concrete test blocks were designed and prepared,and the stress-strain curve of heat-shrinkable fiber-reinforced concrete(HFC)was compared and analyzed by simulating the temperature rise by the steam curing of the test block according to the fiber content of 2.0kg/m^(3).The results show that the mechanical properties of HFC are better than those of polypropylene fiber-reinforced concrete and plain concrete,and the axial tensile strength is increased by 30.17%and 31.96%,respectively,indicating that heat-shrinkable fiber has a significant effect on the crack resistance of concrete.At the same time,the constitutive relationship of HFC is established,and the research work provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the application of HFC.
