摘  要:以华北地区某粉尘浓度频繁超标的600 MW机组为例,对其掺烧劣质煤后对除尘设备的运行状态影响进行分析,同时通过性能试验检测,运行参数、设备故障分析等手段综合分析造成机组粉尘浓度超标的原因,并采取针对性的改善措施。掺烧劣质煤一方面增大了烟气中的灰量即除尘量,另一方面改变了烟气飞灰特性使其不易被捕集,从而限制除尘效率;同时除尘器自身的设备漏风率高、振打策略单一、在线仪表不准确、高压电源功率低等问题也共同造成了粉尘浓度超标。通过开展针对性的设备维修及运行优化,机组可实现烟囱入口粉尘浓度小于5 mg/m^(3)的排放要求,并为其它掺烧劣质煤的机组提供运行参考。Taking a 600MW unit in North China with frequent excessive dust concentration as an example,the impact of burning inferior coal on the operation status of dust removal equipment was analyzed.At the same time,the reasons for the excessive dust concentration in the unit were comprehensively analyzed through performance test detection,operating parameters,equipment fault analysis and other means,and targeted improvement measures were taken.On the one hand,blending inferior coal increases the amount of ash in the flue gas,i.e.the amount of dust removal.On the other hand,it changes the characteristics of flue gas fly ash,making it difficult to capture and collect,thereby limiting the efficiency of dust removal.At the same time,problems such as air leakage in the dust collector's own equipment,single rapping strategy,inaccurate online instruments,and low power of high-voltage power supply have also jointly caused the dust concentration to exceed the standard.By conducting targeted equipment maintenance and operation optimization,the unit could achieve the emission requirement of dust concentration at the chimney inlet less than 5mg/m^(3),and provide operational reference for other units burning inferior coal.
