摘 要:传统的芬顿氧化体系对于pH值的要求较高,一般在pH=2~3,否则会产生大量铁泥,对此在传统芬顿氧化体系中添加MnFe_(2)O_(4)。研究并得出MnFe_(2)O_(4)的制备工艺,探讨环保高效的脱胶工艺。结果表明,当添加0.002mol FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O、0.001mol MnCl·24H_(2)O,以30mL乙二醇为溶剂、2.7g醋酸钠调节pH、180℃反应10h时制得的MnFe_(2)O_(4),其催化性能较佳,并使改良后的芬顿体系可以在pH=5的条件下对汉麻纤维进行脱胶处理。The traditional Fenton oxidation system requires a high pH value,usually between pH 2 and 3,otherwise a large amount of iron sludge will be produced.Therefore,MnFe_(2)O_(4) is added to the traditional Fenton oxidation system,and the prepara-tion process of MnFe_(2)O_(4) is studied and determined.Explore environmentally friendly and efficient degumming processes.The re-sults showed that the catalytic performance of MnFe_(2)O_(4) was better when 0.002mol FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O and 0.001mol MnCl2·4H_(2)O were added,and 30mL ethylene glycol was used as the solvent,2.7g sodium acetate was used to adjust the pH,and the reaction was carried out at 180℃for 10 hours.The improved Fenton system was able to perform degumming treatment on hemp fibers under pH=5.
