布地奈德联合克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎效果及药学分析

摘　　要：目的 评估布地奈德联合克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效,并分析其药学原理。方法 选取2020年8月~2021年1月我院收治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者,共80例。将患者以摸球法分为对照组、研究组,每组40例。其中,对照组应用单纯克拉霉素治疗,研究组采取布地奈德联合克拉霉素治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效,并记录其治疗前与治疗后的嗅觉功能测试评分与不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组的临床治疗总有效率为95.00%,较之对照组的80.00%明显更高(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的CCCRC评分较之治疗前均明显升高,且研究组的评分值与对照组相比显著更高(P<0.05)。此外,研究组不良反应发生率为10.00%,与对照组的12.50%相比,组间差异无特殊意义(P>0.05)。结论 联合使用布地奈德与克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎,有助于显著改善患者的临床症状,解除嗅觉功能障碍,同时还能避免不良反应的增加,进一步强化整体治疗效果,值得在临床中积极应用和推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis,and to analyze its pharmaceutical principle.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to January 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into control group and study group by ball-touching method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clarithromycin alone,while the study group was treated with budesonide combined with clarithromycin.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the score of olfactory function test and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%,P<0.05).The CCCRC score of both groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the score value of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.00%,compared with 12.50%in the control group,with no special difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined use of budesonide and clarithromycin in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve the olfactory dysfunction,and avoid the increase of adverse reactions,further strengthen the overall therapeutic effect,which is worthy of active application and promotion in clinical.
